Rudy was available and dependable. He did what he said when he said. When he couldn't follow through on something I was informed the moment he realized it, not the moment it was supposed to be done. I was seriously impressed and blessed by Rudy's dedication and help.

He conducted open houses and was quite informative on the status of any offers and the final negotiations to sale.
