After looking for a home for three years, we were not looking forward to meeting another real estate agent. Rudy understood exactly what we were looking for, and found the home for us. He was always two steps ahead of the bank, and we got the keys in a month. He always emailed or called to check up on us, and would always stop by the house to make sure repairs and maintenance was being done by the bank. I can't thank him enough.

Rudy was available and dependable. He did what he said when he said. When he couldn't follow through on something I was informed the moment he realized it, not the moment it was supposed to be done. I was seriously impressed and blessed by Rudy's dedication and help.

Rudy was very professional in every aspect. He provided me with a realistic evaluation of the home. He conducted open houses and was quite informative on the status of any offers and the final negotiations to sale. He was always quick to respond to any questions and handles all aspects of the sale to me complete satisfaction.
