I thought Sean provided an excellent Market Analysis and provided very good perspective on the market. I think Sean could have communicated the offer to the seller's agent in a more effective manner. Overall, I enjoyed working with Sean and thought he was an asset to my attempted property purchase.

Sean has proven to be a great resource to me in my search for a new home. It hasn't been a smooth trip and the search continues. Sean returns calls on a very timely basis and he has offered excellent advice when the time comes to put an offer on the table. He has taken some of the bite out of those very lonely and anxious moments. |

Didn't give us that much feedback/ guidance, but definitely an easy person to talk to and work with. I would have liked to hear more of his insights, since he works in the marketplace. |

Sean was fine at helping with the paperwork and was very responsive. He did not know about the local RE market or seem to be experienced. Nor did he bother to wear a suit at closing, which did not seem very professional. So, I would not ask his help selling a house. But for buying he was more than adequate - and the refund from Redfin made it worthwhile. |

Sean was courteous and kept me informed through the process. One comment, although i'm not sure if this had anything to do with Sean or not. In preparing our offer Sean suggested offering a final price to the seller rather than a price to encourage back-and-forth negotiations. I agreed but then the seller came back with a counter offer. Either they ignored communication that I was making a single/final offer, or there was some problem in communication. |

Sean walked us through our first offer ever and our first with RedFin. Although we didn't get the condo, we felt confident that Sean communicated with us and the seller's broker well. |

a response to a forum post (from a redfin agent) said that you offer detailed CMAs to assist in crafting an actual offer. That was not mentioned to me, and i would have appreciated it, since we're first-time buyers. I also didn't feel like I received much guidance on setting/negotiating an offer price. I felt like agent was just middle man, rather than offering experiential advice. Overall though very satisfied. |

As an investor, I'm interested in multi-family properties and commercial properties. You could improve your site by listing those properties along with single family homes.I'd like to say that I think Sean is quite professional but his experience and level of advice was not on par with the traditional real estate agent I deal with. Sean was late to our meeting by 25 minutes - hopefully that is not usual. Follow-though communication was satisfactory afterwards.

Sean is great! He's very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The only criticism we would have is that he is not very forth coming with advice; you have to specifically ask him for input.
