I have never heard of real estate agents providing the information and concern these two did. We had more dealings with Colleen than Shaun but they both were FANTASTIC. They called to keep us [the sellers] informed of what was going on -- even if nothing was going on at the time. They had open house and our house sold in three weeks. They listed our garage sale, put up garage signs and Colleen worked at our house during the garage sale. AMAZING. They were very honest about everything and we were totally impressed with both of them. Colleen got us the best deals on things we had to have done [like the septic inspection]. We will definitely be calling Colleen when we get ready to buy a house. We were totally impressed with both of them. |
