Sidney took the time to find out what type of home I was looking for and what area I wanted it located in...I was very particular as to where I wanted to live, so therefore it took a little bit longer to find one because my choices were limited..Even after a year of looking Sidney never gave up searching and keeping her eyes peeled for any potential homes that would be within my area...She was absolutley right when she said the perfect home is out there but we just have to be patient...Sidney did find the perfect home for me and I am so thrilled to be living exactly where I wanted to live....I would recommend Sidney to anyone looking for a wonderful realtor..Sidney was very professional, patient and reassuring..I thank her for finding me my dream home...

Sidney is very honest and very "real" when it comes to buying a house. Her integrity enables her to be forthright about areas to lives, positives and negatives of a particular home, and processes in buying homes. She was extremely instinctual and intuitive, and that resulted in the perfect marriage of bringing homeowner and home together.

Sidney found my wife and I a house with in 5 minutes of being on the MLS and took us through the house before the "For Sale" signs were put in the ground. She is a very thorough and hard working agent. She will find you the exactly what you are looking for in a timely manner. She will take you through many houses a day - everyday (trust me, we abused this privilege). Once you find the house your looking for she will ensure that escrow runs smoothly and all docs are executed correctly. Sidney is a very trustworthy person, and I would give my blessing to anybody who is looking for a great real estate agent.

Sidney was thorough and always available. She marketed our house and in less than 2 weeks it sold after being for sale with another agency for over a year with no marketing. She is awesome, great personality and a credit to any organization.
