It was a pleasant experience working with Stuart. He is very knowledgeable with the housing market in SOMA. We came up with an offer that tied with the highest competitor. He is always very responsive to email. Messages are typically replied in 30 mins during business hours, and never later than 24 hrs. He keeps things tracked so you get noticed when things need to be done, and otherwise he never spams you with uninterested information. Overall I have nothing to complain about him.
