Coordinators
Coordinators schedule your home tours and help connect you with lenders so you can get pre-approved. Once your offer on a home is accepted, they handle all the details by coordinating property access for inspectors, appraisers and insurers, working with escrow or attorneys, preparing paperwork and ensuring an on-time closing.
Field Agents
Field agents get you into the homes you want to see. They also attend inspections and open houses. Seeing about 50 homes a week, they'll point things out that you might miss.
Always on top of everything! Advocated for us with difficult negotiations and did what it took to get the deal through. I feel like he's not just our agent but a trusted friend after this wild experience.
