Ted went above and beyond to help get me in my home. Ted did and excellent job showing me listings of the same style and age house that we we were trying to sell so that we could understand what the market was like. once the family decided on the price, Ted jumped is and had the house listed. he many avenues of advertisement and kept us abreast on who was looking at the house and what they were saying about the house. with him proactively managing the sell of the house we were able to close a deal in a few short months. I would highly recommend Ted to any of my friends and family who would be on the market to buy or sell a house

During my home search, Ted always made himself available to me. He would answer my emails and call right away, and would meet me at a house in 45 minutes, or go to the office to write up an offer for me at 10p.m. so I could get my offer in before anyone else jumped at it. He is very personable, and made the home search a fun positive experience. I'll call him up the next time I am ready to buy a home, as well as suggest hi to any friends or family.

Ted was great at listening to me, and showing me the properties that matched what I was looking for. He never even tried to show me something that didn't match my needs or requests. Ted is very genuine, honest, friendly, up front and knowledgeable. He helped us buy our first home, and sell that same home several years later when we were ready to move. He took our interests, price range, and house requirements into account, and gave us recommendations if we asked, but never pressured us to make any decisions. Ted was my realtor when I bought my house about a year and a half ago. He was recommended to me by my colleagues and I never regretted I worked with him. He was absolutely fantastic! He comes from a family of realtors, so real estate is in his blood. He is very much at home in all the details of the process, and knows the market very well. He was very diligent during the entire process, and was always available for us, even in odd hours. He's got great interpersonal skills and was very helpful during negotiation, communication with the bank and during the inspection. He is a honest person with a very down-to-earth attitude and a lot of common sense. I highly recommend him!
