Have bought 20+ homes, as primary/secondary residences. T.J. is one of the best Realtors ever encountered. Professional in very respect. Had previewed virtually all homes we saw. Knows area and issues. Pointed out strengths & weaknesses of properties as requested and appropriate. Very helpful in helping me work out offer amounts, i.e. comps, recent trends. Presented professional offers and followed up on all aspects of offer/pending sale. Kept us informed on progress or lack of same as needed. Consumate professional.I would gladly recommend him to anyone for their R.E. needs. Just doesn't get any better than T.J. p.s., long after the sale he still follows up to see how things are going, etc. A good man. T.J.was extremely professional. He was a major help to us in pricing our home competively in a bad market. He worked long and hard to make it work. We would highly recommend him in the future.

TJ is the best realator we have ever worked with. He did a profile with us as to what we were looking for in a property and found us exactally what we wanted. He was not pushy and very patient with us. He was always there to answer questions and offer suggestions. After we purchased out home through TJ he was willing to help us line up any thing we needed such as pool maintance, landscape maintance, etc.. We will be purchasing more properties and TJ will be the only realator we would ever think of using. Anybody looking to purchase a home would never have a better experience than working with TJ McCaa. I consider him a good friend now also.

TJ was very promt an on top of getting us information regarding this property. He was patient in meeting us may times at the property to get measurements etc. He was knowlegeable about the local housing market and gave us comps that gave us a good guide to making the offer we made. He was very persistent with the bank he was working with to get the transaction closed in a timely manner. He is a very pleasant person with a great sense of humor that made it comfortable for us in the whole transaction. Closing moved without a hitch
