6. Weekly check-in: we update you on the local market & buyer activity.
7. Negotiate the offer: when you get an offer, we negotiate the best terms.
8. Close the deal: you pay our fee only if your home sells; our average customer saves $8,000+.

In outlying areas, where you work with a Redfin partner agent, the process may vary according to your needs and the style of the partner agent. What won't change is that you can evaluate your agent's performance on every Redfin-referred deal, and you can save on commissions, too.
