Every other week while your property is on the market, you'll hear from your Redfin Direct Agent through email and check-in calls. Both will include information about changes in local market conditions as well as data, where available, about the number of agents who recently accessed your listing via the MLS.
Your regular market update will include a review of:
- Current inventory in your area at your price range.
- One- and six-month demand, showing the number of sales in each time period.
- How long it would take to sell the homes currently on the market, given the number of listings and recent buyer demand.
- Average days on market.
- Activity in your Redfin saved search: new listings, sales and price reductions.
