- Pro photos: We send out a professional photographer
- Marketing: MLS listing, online blitz, yard-sign, flyers
- Representation: expert pricing, offer negotiations, paperwork
- Flat fee: $5,000 fee; save $10,000 on a $500,000 home
The basic service is best for selling condos and houses with similar neighbors.
Our premium service includes everything in the basic service plus:
- Home review: your Redfin agent visits the home for staging and pricing advice
- Open houses: we host two open houses
- Traditional marketing: 200 postcards to similar homes in the neighborhood
- Flat fee: $7,000 fee; save $8,000 on a $500,000 home
The premium service is best for selling unique, high-end homes.
