Leawood. Some say the best neighborhood in Little Rock. And that’s where you’ll find this stone and sided, tri-level, three bedroom gem! Everyone loves how easy it is to get anywhere from midtown but just leave the cars in the double door garage because you’ll never want to leave this home! With two living areas on two floors, its large, cabinet-rich kitchen, the ceiling-high fireplace with flanking bookshelves, the spacious bedrooms all in this wonderful layout, why go anywhere else?! But if outside’s your thing, then this amazing backyard is big enough to really throw the ball around or have cookouts with all the friends and family! If you want a home that feels like home but is convenient to anywhere in the city, then come experience this before it’s gone!
Midtown, located between Downtown Little Rock and West Little Rock, is a residential and commercial Little Rock neighborhood with mid-century corridors and pocket parks. The neighborhood’s character concentrates along the Markham Street corridor near the intersection of N University Avenue, where local eateries, coffee counters, and everyday storefronts keep the sidewalks active. Architectural cues shift from ranch-style homes and brick apartments to low-slung retail strips and shaded side streets. The Arkansas Skatium adds a long-running recreational landmark, while The Fountain on Park and The Root Cafe serve as local pillars for dining and conversation. Boyle Park’s trails and open greens shape an outdoors-forward rhythm close to the city grid.

R2
Single-Family District
The R-2 single-family district applies to a major portion of the city developed for single-family residences. It is the proper zoning classification for areas of undeveloped land within the city identified as appropriate for single-family residential use and may be applied to undeveloped areas annexed to the city in conjunction with the approval of a zoning plan by the board of directors. This section applies to such district. The purpose of this district is to protect single-family uses in established areas by promoting and encouraging a suitable environment for family life, by providing a reasonable standard for light, air and similar amenities, by minimizing traffic congestion, and by avoiding the overloading of utilities and public facilities designed to service only one-family residential uses. Within the R-2 district, all buildings, structures or uses having commercial characteristics shall be excluded, whether operated for profit or otherwise. Conditional uses, accessory uses and home occupations expressly provided for in these regulations, however, shall be allowed, provided they do not have objectionable characteristics, and provided further that they otherwise conform to the provisions of this chapter.
