Conveniently located in the all ages section of Mission Royale, with easy access to the I-10 corridor for travel between Phoenix and Tucson.
Mission Royale, located between Florence Boulevard and the Casa Grande Mountains, is a master-planned and golf-oriented Casa Grande neighborhood with broad desert skies and palm-lined fairways. Streets of stucco homes and tidy pocket parks frame a low-slung, resort-like layout built around the Mission Royale Golf Club. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Mission Royale clubhouse and practice greens, where morning tee times and patio tables set the daily rhythm. Community pillars include Mission Royale Golf Club, Big House Café, and the Casa Grande Art Museum for a local-culture counterpoint beyond the gates. Landscaping leans Sonoran—gravel yards, shade trees, and mountain views—while sidewalks and greenbelts shape a walk-and-loop routine. A short drive north, downtown Casa Grande adds murals, small galleries, and coffee counters that round out the weeknight scene.

The PAD may include any development having one or more principal use or structure on a single parcel of ground or contiguous parcels. The PAD shall consist of a harmonious selection of uses and groupings of buildings, parking areas, circulation and open spaces, and shall be designed as an integrated unit, in such a manner as to constitute a safe, efficient and convenient urban area development.
