Cove Cay, located between Old Tampa Bay and the Bayside Bridge, is a waterfront and golf-course Largo neighborhood with gated condo living and marina views. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Cove Cay Golf Club clubhouse, where cart paths, practice greens, and the waterfront bar set a relaxed, resort-like rhythm. Mid-rise condos and townhomes line canals and fairways, with balconies oriented toward the bay and course. A private marina and walking loops frame daily routines around breezes and water traffic. Nearby, the Cove Cay Golf Club and its Bayview Grille act as the social hub, while the adjacent Cove Cay Marina keeps boating culture front and center.
One of the best views of Tampa Bay in Cove Cay. Fantastic Bay views from the top floor of this building. Enjoy the view while sipping some a chilled bottle of wine from your screened balcony. This building sits on the 17th fairway of their semi private golf course. This furnished one bedroom condo is move in ready. In 2017, the entire kitchen was redone-from the floors to the cabinetry and counter tops and new appliances. New Carpeting in the whole unit and new laminate in the kitchen. The hot water heater was also replaced in 2017. Also new in 2017 are both the dishwasher and garbage disposal. New window coverings as well. This unit also comes with a private laundry facility just across from the front door with a state of the art washer and dryer. Cove Cay offers both golf and social memberships and has it's own pro shop. It also has a marina and dock facility where you can store your boat for an extra fee. Kayaks are also available to explore the top of Tampa Bay. Cove Cay is centrally located. You are just a few miles from Clearwater Mall, Costco and Sams Club and about 20 minutes from Tampa International airport. Come and Enjoy Life at Cove Cay.

RPD
Residential Planned Development District
The RPD, Residential Planned Development District is intended to provide for a wide variety of housing types and densities while permitting some complementing non-residential, neighborhood-oriented uses. The RPD district requires that the district be master planned as a creative, walkable and context-sensitive community that responds to the surrounding land use pattern and preserves unique natural features. The RPD district requires a development master plan and allows the applicant to establish the permitted uses and associated development standards that will be applied therein.; The RPD, residential planned development district, allows a variety of housing options to accommodate multi-generational communities with a range of residential building forms and housing sizes.; The intent of this district is to encourage use of imaginative design, to avoid monotonous repetition of pattern, to provide adequate open space and to permit flexibility of site design. The development parameters including building height, lot sizes, and setbacks shall be established for each RPD district.;The RPD district is intended to promote the health and well-being of residents by including facility-based and resource-based open space that encourages physical activity, promotes pedestrian activity, provides access to alternative transportation choices, and fosters greater social interaction.; The RPD district is intended to provide for flexible mixed-use developments at a scale that serves one or more neighborhoods in appropriate locations that have adequate infrastructure, transportation access, and market demand, consistent with the vision articulated within the Pinellas County Comprehensive Plan.; The RPD district is intended to encourage walkable, mixed use neighborhood centers within the community that provide greater opportunity for pedestrian activity, bicycle uses, resulting in reduced parking demand, and establish a sense of place. These centers should include community uses, recreation opportunities, and appropriate commercial services.; The RPD district should also achieve compatibility with surrounding neighborhoods by avoiding commercial intrusion and associated impacts into established neighborhoods.; RPDs with approved master plans prior to Oct. 23, 2018, shall continue to conform to regulations in place at the time of approval. Changes to approved master plans shall conform to current adopted standards.; Communities within the RPD district are developed and redeveloped pursuant to an approved development master plan pursuant to chapter 138, article II, division 11.
