Waterleaf, located between Branan Field Road and the First Coast Expressway (FL-23), is a master-planned and suburban Jacksonville neighborhood with a lakeside setting and trail-lined streets. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Waterleaf Amenity Center, where the pool complex, fitness rooms, and gathering lawns set a social, outdoors-forward rhythm. Architecture leans contemporary Florida with clean rooflines, front-porch streetscapes, and garages set back to keep sidewalks feeling active. Pocket parks and retention lakes shape the geography into a sequence of water views and shaded walking loops. Daily errands and dining cluster along Oakleaf Plantation Parkway, keeping the residential core quieter. The pace reads polished and organized, with recreation built into the layout.
