Enjoy spacious, low-maintenance living in gated Deerwood Place, ideally located in the heart of Jacksonville's Southside. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers an open, split-bedroom floor plan with abundant natural light and beautiful wood flooring throughout the main living and dining areas. The kitchen features generous cabinetry, solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances, opening to the spacious living area. Conveniently located near St. Johns Town Center, UNF, shopping, dining and major roadways, with easy access to Downtown Jacksonville and the Beaches.
Secret Cove, located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Beaches, is a residential and waterfront Jacksonville neighborhood with canal-lined streets and private docks. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Secret Cove Drive entrance near the marsh edge, where palms, boat lifts, and quiet cul-de-sacs set a low-key coastal rhythm. Architecture leans toward late-20th-century Florida ranches and contemporary rebuilds with broad lanais and water-facing patios. Daily life centers on paddleboards at the dock, evening walks along the canals, and quick runs to nearby beach-town staples. Community touchpoints include Beaches Museum, Players by the Sea, and Southern Swells Brewing Co. Geography stays front and center, with tidal views and sea breezes shaping the pace.
