Deerwood, located between Southside Boulevard and Gate Parkway, is a master-planned and office-park-adjacent Jacksonville neighborhood with wooded lakes and gated enclaves. The neighborhood’s tempo concentrates around the Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard corridor, where mid-rise offices, lunch counters, and after-work patios set a polished weekday rhythm. Deerwood Country Club anchors the landscape with fairways threading through mature pines and palms. Nearby, the UNF Nature Trails add a quieter counterpoint of boardwalks and shaded loops. Architecture leans contemporary Florida—stucco townhomes, brick-front offices, and low-slung communities arranged around ponds and cul-de-sacs. Daily life orbits commutes, golf carts, and errands along Southside’s retail spine.

This condo has had major renovations done and it looks like a developer's ''model unit''. The kitchen, dining area and living area all flow as one big open space and the kitchen cabinets, counters and appliances are all new within the last year. There are split bedrooms with the main suite having two closets (one walk-in closet that has had custom shelving installed). There is an inside laundry room with newer appliances included. Do you like to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee or sit outside in the evening to ''wind down'' after your workday? There is a covered patio that overlooks a nature preserve area so it is very quiet and relaxing. And one of the rarest features is the fact that this condo comes with a one car garage so you can park your vehicle and be out of the elements to come and go from your condo. The Association requires unit to be purchased by an owner occupant due to restrictions on the number of tenant occupied units. Don't miss seeing this one of a kind beauty!
