Arrowtree Reserve, located between U.S. 27 and Lake Minneola, is a residential and lakeside Groveland neighborhood with curving streets and conservation edges. The community reads as newer Florida construction—stucco facades, tidy driveways, and pocket greens that frame evening walks. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the U.S. 27 and SR 50 crossroads, where local storefronts, diners, and service plazas set the day-to-day rhythm. Waterfront scenery and trail culture show up at Lake Minneola’s shoreline and the South Lake Trail. Downtown Groveland’s small blocks add a civic feel with the Groveland City Hall and nearby public spaces. Weekends often orbit around lake breezes, bike rides, and casual meetups at local eateries.
