Listed by Dawn Roffey• BELLA COLLINA REAL ESTATE CO
Bella Collina, located between Lake Apopka and the Green Mountain Scenic Overlook & Trailhead, is a gated and golf-centric Montverde neighborhood with a Tuscan-inspired clubhouse and rolling hilltop views. The neighborhood’s character concentrates at the Bella Collina Clubhouse on Cavallo Drive, where the stone-arched entry, terrace dining, and golf activity set a resort-like rhythm. Architecture leans Mediterranean, with tile roofs, courtyards, and long-driveway estates arranged along curving, elevation-changing streets. The Sir Nick Faldo-designed course shapes daily scenery, with fairways and lakes defining many sightlines. A private spa and fitness complex adds a polished, retreat-oriented routine. Outside the gates, Montverde’s small-town grid and lakefront edges keep the setting distinctly Central Florida.
