Discover a different side of North Naples in Candlewood at Palm River, an intimate enclave of homes where mature landscaping, generous living spaces and a tucked-away setting create a welcome sense of privacy. This 3-bedroom plus den, 2.5-bath residence offers just over 2,500 square feet of living area, a 2-car garage and a floor plan filled with character and flexibility. A double-entry doorway opens to warm hardwood flooring and a spacious great room centered around a fireplace, with multiple French doors and windows bringing in natural light and views of the surrounding greenery. A separate formal dining room provides an inviting setting for entertaining, while the bright kitchen features extensive white cabinetry, abundant workspace and storage, plus a charming window-lined area overlooking the landscape. The home's generously sized rooms offer plenty of space to spread out. The den provides a dedicated home office, study or flex space, while the spacious primary suite offers room for both sleeping and sitting areas along with a walk-in closet and private bath. One of the property's standout features is the expansive screened lanai. A wood-plank ceiling adds warmth and character to this outdoor living space, creating a comfortable setting for morning coffee, quiet afternoons or casual gatherings. Beyond the lanai, mature tropical landscaping surrounds a private garden-style backyard with winding stone pathways, zen-like water feature and established plantings. Residents of Candlewood enjoy access to a community pool reserved for this small neighborhood. The North Naples location places shopping, dining, Mercato, Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and everyday conveniences within easy reach.
Palm River, located between U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail N) and Livingston Road, is a residential and golf-oriented Pelican Marsh neighborhood with gated streets and lake-lined fairways. The neighborhood’s character concentrates around the Pelican Marsh Boulevard entrance near the guardhouse, where palms, manicured medians, and clubhouse traffic set a polished, quiet rhythm. Architecture leans Mediterranean-inspired with stucco facades, tile roofs, and courtyard-style driveways. Pelican Marsh Golf Club anchors the social calendar with tennis courts, dining rooms, and event spaces. Sidewalk loops and internal paths trace ponds and preserves, giving daily routines a park-like backdrop. Nearby Mercato adds a modern counterpoint with chef-driven dining and boutique storefronts.

RSF-3
Residential Single-Family District
The purpose and intent of the residential single-family districts (RSF) is to provide lands primarily for single-family residences. These districts are intended to be single-family residential areas of low density. The nature of the use of property is the same in all of these districts. Variation among the RSF-1, RSF-2, RSF-3, RSF-4, RSF-5 and RSF-6 districts is in requirements for density, lot area, lot width, yards, height, floor area, lot coverage, parking, landscaping and signs. Certain structures and uses designed to serve the immediate needs of the single-family residential development in the RSF districts such as governmental, educational, religious, and noncommercial recreational uses are permitted as conditional uses as long as they preserve and are compatible with the single-family residential character of the RSF district[s]. The RSF districts correspond to and implement the urban mixed use land use designation on the future land use map of the Collier County GMP. The maximum density permissible in the residential single-family (RSF) districts and the urban mixed use land use designation shall be guided, in part, by the density rating system contained in the future land use element of the Collier County GMP. The maximum density permissible or permitted in the RSF district shall not exceed the density permissible under the density rating system, except as permitted by policies contained in the future land use element.
