Set on nearly 8 acres of pasture in a gated Kula setting, this gorgeous estate offers privacy, scale, and sweeping 360-degree views. The main living area centers around a spacious great room with 11-foot ceilings, a 6-foot fireplace, and custom pocket sliding doors that open to the outdoors. Natural materials define the interior, with reclaimed elm flooring and extensive use of African mahogany, silver oak, spotted gum, and teak. The large chef's kitchen is built for function and flow, with long granite counters and integrated paneled appliances. The primary suite includes built-in shelving, a custom walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with steam room. Additional interior features include a dedicated media room with projection and surround sound, a separate exercise room with spotted gum flooring and mirrored walls, and a well-equipped laundry room with central vacuum, granite counters, and a chute from the primary closet. A private guest suite downstairs opens to its own patio and lanai. Outdoor living is anchored by a cabana with pool and spa, quartzite decking, BBQ area, fire pit, sauna, outdoor shower, and powder room. The property is equipped with a whole-home Sonos system, anti-glare outdoor TV, and commercial-grade WiFi. An attached 3-car garage, and detached barn, and tack shed provide flexibility for storage, hobbies, or additional guest space. The grounds are landscaped with mature fruit trees and a tiered herb garden, completing a well-built Upcountry estate designed for both comfort and functionality.
Waiohuli Ahupua`a, located between Maalaea Bay and the lower slopes of Haleakalā, is a coastal and agricultural Keokea neighborhood with open shoreline views and broad upcountry panoramas. The neighborhood reads as a classic Maui ahupuaʻa, where older plantation-era lots and low-slung homes meet fields and kiawe-lined roads. The character concentrates around the Piʻilani Highway (HI-31) corridor, where roadside fruit stands, small service shops, and ocean-wind pullouts set an unhurried rhythm. Keokea Store & Deli, Grandma’s Coffee House, and MauiWine anchor local flavor and a sense of place. Beaches and canoe clubs along North Kihei Road frame daily life around the water. Inland, the landscape shifts to pasture and farm parcels, with long sightlines and big skies.
