How often does a Midwestern creamery building come up for sale these days? One that's been around for well over a century, is in very good shape, equipped with new roof & siding? With a patio next to the beautiful Winnebago river? Down the street from an excellent restaurant called Cafe Mir? One that was a lively restaurant itself in the early 80s, as evidenced by the kitchen's commercial stove with hood & the little wooden stage next to traces of an old dance floor? Across the river from a fishing hotspot & picturesque park with a waterfall & big cottonwood trees? With a living space of almost 3,500 square feet and almost ½ acre of property? With a big, functional garage that needs plenty of love but has a newish roof? Just a 10 minute drive from beautiful Clear Lake, but with much lower property taxes? Just 8 minutes to Pilot Knob State Park, 20 minutes to Mason City, 1 hour & 40 minutes to the Twin Cities? A Midwestern creamery building chock-full of good vibes left behind by over a thousand guests hosted by the current owner from not only all across the US, but Japan, Egypt, Australia, Argentina, India, France, Italy, South Korea, Kenya, Denmark, England, Mexico, Hungary, Guatemala, Poland, Switzerland, China, Czechia, Germany, Ireland, Turkmenistan, Vietnam, Spain, & Canada? And with a cat door? The simple answer: not very often! This is your chance to add to the history of this special place.
