Unique early-30's Home. Vintage home that's been expanded and updated. Original rooms are graciously large with all the formal space one would expect. Back side of the home was expanded to enlarge the eat-in kitchen, add an office and mudroom space and to provide interior access direct from the garage. Office could be a BR as it has its own bath. Great volume ceiling FR. Large bedrooms as well plus big master bath. Basement is finished and has its own entrance. Will need some interior TLC and many will want to re-do the kitchen & baths which are nice but a bit dated. Solid mechanicals include 400 amp electric. Big backyard.
