CRP Income & Hunting on Small Tract Discover the perfect blend of income, seclusion, and outstanding hunting on this beautiful 61-acre farm. With over 50 acres enrolled in CRP, this property generates approximately $3,000 annually while providing exceptional wildlife habitat. Everyone wants to get into the land investment game with something affordable, this is the farm! The farm sits in an area well known for great deer, and has the habitat to draw. Don’t let the mostly open aerial photo fool you. The 6 acres or so of timber in the SW corner connects to miles of timber and ultimately to the Little Osage River, providing a natural travel corridor and rut funnel for those bug bucks. Farm ground to the north provides destination food sources and the CRP grasses were littered with deer trails and beds. Scrapes and rubs were found all over the edges of the timber pocket last fall and plenty of mature trees make for a great tree stand set. The farm was hunted very lightly last season and there were loads of deer using the grasses and hitting the feeder. This hidden gem is a little honey hole that hunts great with a west wind.
