Another condo in a well maintained building. This is so close to everything. One bedroom could possibly fit a king but not
Much else so I think queen would be best. Stacking laundry in closet in entry with extra storage space under neighbors stairs. Kitchen is smallish but the whole living, dining, kitchen is open so it doesn't feel super cramped. Ground floor so in to a shared stairwell then into condo. Deck with large windows and stairs leading down to grassy area for even more space. This one is a good one if you are looking for a condo in Columbia City.

Enter unit through shared hallway and down a flight of stairs. Open living area with hardwoods throughout. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Wall of windows overlooking a deck area. One space in outdoor parking area.
