The Cream Rises to the Top

Every year, the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends come out with their list of the 250 top-producing real estate agents in the country for the previous year. In the lean years of real estate when there’s less inventory on the market to buy and sell, agents are hungrier and the very best agents really stand out. This year, we’re proud to say that four Redfin agents were among the top 250 in transaction volume.

  • #157, Brad Le, Bay Area agent, 4.7 stars, 149 reviews, at Redfin since 2009
  • #216, Kendell Walker, Washington DC agent, 4.8 stars, 192 reviews, at Redfin since 2009
  • #227, Nick Chaconas, Washington DC agent, 4.5 stars, 110 reviews, at Redfin since 2010
  • #241, Mark Biggins, Bay Area agent, 4.8 stars, 115 reviews, at Redfin since 2010
Brad, Kendell, Nick and Mark are Redfin superstars

It’s always good to be recognized for being at the top of your game. The WSJ/Real Trends ranking is like a huge high-five for these guys, but it’s the customer satisfaction ratings that Redfin agents really celebrate or lose sleep over. Most traditional real estate agents would be ecstatic to have Brad’s $47 million in closed transactions because that would mean a fat commission check. But Brad and other Redfin agents pride themselves on other numbers. They’re paid on salary, plus a bonus for their customer satisfaction score that’s based on the ratings and reviews customers leave.

Congratulations to Brad, Kendell, Nick and Mark, and to the teams that lift them up among the best in the industry.
