The Napa Valley estate left behind by the late Robin Williams just got a $3 million price cut; the property is now listed for $22.9 million.
The estate hasn’t had an easy time on the market. Williams originally tried to sell it in 2012 for $35 million, but later took it off the market. He listed it again on April 25, 2014, for $29.9 million. The home reappeared on the market last November for $25.9 million, three months after the actor passed away.
The estate, also known as “Villa Sorriso,” or “Villa of Smiles,” sits on an enormous 639 acres of land with 18 acres of vineyards. The property also includes more than 100 olive trees, a nine-stall horse barn, riding trails, a spring-fed pond and a caretaker’s house.
The home on the property spans 20,000 square feet, with quality custom-built features throughout. It is perfect for entertaining, with a 65-foot infinity edge pool, home theater with stadium-seating, billiard room, tennis court and, of course, a massive wine cellar.
