Kylie Jenner is saying goodbye to her Calabasas home. The 4,851-square-foot home hit the market on Friday for $3.9 million. She purchased the home back in November 2015 for $2.6 million. The 18 year old has already made an upgrade, a huge upgrade, to a $6 million home in Hidden Hills, California.

With the recent breakup from her rapper boyfriend Tyga, it makes sense that the Snapchat queen would want to treat herself. And treat herself she did! The 7,040 square-foot Cape Cod-style mansion features six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a huge pool, marble kitchen, a wine storage room and a four-car garage. The best part: a huge walk in closet for all her outfit selfies. The new house is also in close proximity to her mother, Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian, which will make for lots of quality family time by her new pool.

But though her new house is quite an upgrade, Kylie’s Calabasas home is nowhere near shabby. The Mediterranean-style house includes five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, custom speakers in every room, a pool and a spa. Once the home sells, Kylie and her new beau, Canadian hip-hop artist Jahron Anthony Brathwaite ( AKA PartyNextDoor), will have a pretty penny to spend on upgrades for her new Instagram-worthy mansion!
