The famous singer/songwriter couple secretly wed in March of 2009. The “Walk to Remember” star was only 24, while Ryan Adams was 35. After spending years living separately, Ryan Adam’s quoted Taylor Swift’s song “Blank Space” when he declared “it was over” and filed for divorce on January 23. I’m sure the couple is hoping for a speedy sale, so they can both move on.
The dramatic 4,747-square-foot estate has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and stunning hardwood floors throughout. The mediterranean style villa also features a two car garage, a formal dining room, a beautiful master suite with a private balcony and a large kitchen with a butcher block-topped center island.
