Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams may have called it quits years ago, but they are finally officially parting ways on paper and with their home. Mandy Moore and Ryan Adam’s house hit the market on June 2 for $3.2 million. Mandy Moore bought the home back in 2002 for $1.725 million, before meeting Adams. Which raises the question, will she have to split the $1.475 million she stands to make from the home sale?

The famous singer/songwriter couple secretly wed in March of 2009. The “Walk to Remember” star was only 24, while Ryan Adams was 35. After spending years living separately, Ryan Adam’s quoted Taylor Swift’s song “Blank Space” when he declared “it was over” and filed for divorce on January 23. I’m sure the couple is hoping for a speedy sale, so they can both move on.

The dramatic 4,747-square-foot estate has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and stunning hardwood floors throughout. The mediterranean style villa also features a two car garage, a formal dining room, a beautiful master suite with a private balcony and a large kitchen with a butcher block-topped center island. But, the most stunning feature has to be the backyard, with multiple sitting areas, citrus trees and rose bushes. Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams will surely miss this stunning oasis.

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adam’s house is located in the Los Feliz neighborhood in L.A. The average home price for a four-plus bedroom house is $2.5 million, but with all the added features of the Moore-Adam’s house, it’s certainly worth the $3.2 million.
