Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Sell Their Gorgeous Family Home for $3.995 Million

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are parting ways with their Encino, CA home. The house sold on June 1, for $3.995 million. The Encino house has only been on the market since April 25, which makes this a very quick sale for the couple. The famed duo bought their house back in 2011 for $2.85 million. It looks like Nick and Vanessa will walk away with $1.14 million for their next family home.

The 8,134-square-foot Mediterranean-style home features six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a theater/media room and a basketball court. The most impressive feature: the gorgeous mountain views. The house also boasts a giant pool, fire pit and cabana–perfect for family gatherings!

The famous couple first got together back in 2006, after Nick Lachey’s very public divorce from singer/shoe designer Jessica Simpson. Nick and Vanessa took a brief break in 2009, but quickly rekindled their romance after just a few months. In July 2011, the two quoted lyrics from Nick’s former boy band, 98 degrees, when they both said “I Do” in a gorgeous wedding ceremony. Clearly the couple was ready to settle down and start a family when they bought their Encino home — and start a family they did! The couple welcomed their son Camden in 2012 and their daughter Brooklyn in 2015. With the recent addition of Brooklyn to their family, Nick and Vanessa may be on the hunt for something bigger.
