Kendall Jenner is treating herself this Fourth of July by buying herself John Krasinski and Emily Blunt’s $6.5 million mansion, according to TMZ. John Krasinski listed the home back in January, which makes this a quick sale for Emily and him.Twenty-year-old Kendall currently still owns a two-bedroom condo that she bought back in May 2014 for $1.3 million.The question is—will the young celeb sell her condo now that she has a new deluxe mansion?
The 6,950-square-foot modern house is perfect for the catwalk queen. The Hollywood Hills estate comes complete with six bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and, of course, a giant walk-in closet (perfect for housing all of her designer goods). The luxe property also features gorgeous city views, a gourmet kitchen, media room, gym and a pool. Our favorite feature has to be the rooftop deck that overlooks the city. We’re sure the Instagram star will host an extravagant housewarming party on her new rooftop deck, with her entire squad in attendance.
The median list price for homes in the Hollywood Hills is around $1.6 million. But, with all the dream-worthy amenities (we can’t stop thinking about the rooftop deck), we can certainly see Kendall shelling out the $6.5 million to call this sleek mansion home.
