Kylie Jenner celebrated her 19th birthday the way any other 19 year old would (or wishes they could), by buying herself a $4.5 million house. Yes, the 19-year-old social media star just purchased another home right next to her $6 million mansion that she purchased in Hidden Hills back in May. The $4.5 million ranch will serve as the teen’s office for her growing cosmetic empire. With two mansion right next to each other, it looks like Kylie is ready to combine her two homes into one mega compound. She took to her Snapchat on Wednesday to show off her elaborate new digs.
Kylie’s 5,580-square-foot home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool. The ranch is also equipped with a jacuzzi (which every office needs), a walk-in-closet, a covered patio with a bbq center, a home theater, four-car-garage and a vineyard. Our favorite thing about the house how close it is to Kylie’s other house. Talk about a quick commute!
The Hidden Hills area of L.A. is also home to Kylie’s mom Kris Jenner and her sister Kim Kardashian.The trio’s close proximity to each other will make for some mother- daughter bonding time in Kylie’s new home/office.
The average home price in Hidden Hills is around $5.59 million. With all the amazing features and the close proximity to her other house, it appears that Kylie’s home is worth the $4.5 million price tag.
