Seattle producer Ryan Lewis (best known for his work with Seattle rapper Macklemore) listed his home today for $9.45 million. He bought the stunning estate back in January 2014 for $3.3 million. The producer won’t be shopping at “Thrift Shops” anytime soon, he stands to make $6.15 million from the sale!

Ryan Lewis and Macklemore recently released their second album “The Unruly Mess I’ve Made”, a follow-up to their 2012 blockbuster “The Heist.” With all his success over the last few years, Ryan Lewis may be looking for a home upgrade.

This spectacular 7,610-square-foot estate features four bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms and a gold-leaf ceiling. You’ll also find a home theater,  library and a huge master bedroom complete with views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

This waterfront property has had some pretty interesting upgrades over the last few years, including a whiskey bar. Sabrina Booth, a Redfin real estate agent in Seattle, shared some insight into Lewis’s sweet abode. “The whiskey bar is rumored to have been built entirely from reclaimed wood from the actual Temple of Doom from ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’.”

Lewis’s house is in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. With the median list price in Magnolia around $800,000, Lewis’s house is a splurge. While he definitely put some work into the home (see the beautiful gold-leaf ceilings!), $6 million seems like a hefty price. “The name Ryan Lewis commands a premium, perhaps a $6 million premium? A true Heist,” says Booth.
