Three Houses in a Year!? Kylie Jenner Buys Yet Another Hidden Hills Property

In addition to becoming a beauty mogul, Kylie Jenner is working on becoming a real estate mogul. On September 23, the 19 year old purchased her third Hidden Hills home for $12.05 million, adding to her growing collection of houses. She even took to her Snapchat to show off her new digs. Her two other homes in Hidden Hills went for quite a bit less $6 million and $4.5 million.

The 13,200-square-foot Cape-Cod style property has eight bedrooms and 9.75 bathrooms, plenty of room for all her A-list friends. The house also features a large kitchen with marble counters, a home theater, wet bar and a gym. It even has a massage room and a guest house. Our favorite feature has to be the dream-worthy backyard, which includes a sparkling pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and a fire pit.

The house is located in the exclusive Hidden Hills area of L.A., where the average listing price is around $6.5 million. Though this home is quite a bit more than the average listing price it has so many incredible amenities and is in close proximity to her sister Kim K. and her mother Kris Jenner. The three can have family bonding time at all three of Kylie’s homes!
