The last house the iconic Marilyn Monroe called home hit the market today for $6.9 million. The starlet and beloved pop culture icon only lived in the picturesque hacienda for a few months before tragically passing away at the young age of 36. Marilyn Monroe’s Brentwood home now has a place in Hollywood history, as the site of her death. Over the years, the legendary estate has been bought and sold multiple timesthe last time in 2012, when it sold for $5.1 million.

The 1929 property boasts one-of-a-kind architectural details including beamed ceilings, terracotta tile floors and an intricate tiled fireplace. Outside you’ll find an expansive yard, a large pool and lush greenery that includes a citrus orchard. The charming outdoor area is ideal for lounging around on a gorgeous summer day.
