Audrina Patridge Lists House in Hollywood Hills for $1.575M

Former Hills star Audrina Patridge might be leaving the Hills! The reality TV star and style icon just listed her three bedroom Spanish-style villa in the Hollywood Hills for $1.575 million. The interior design of the home seems very Audrina; the master bedroom is painted purple, with white furniture, white curtains and a chandelier (not to mention a Louis Vuitton purse by the bed). The guest bedroom is also decorated in purple, black and white.

The 2,100 square-foot home comes with a gorgeous patio that has an outdoor kitchen, built-in lounge areas, a Spanish-style fountain and even a television. It’s completely enclosed, offering plenty of privacy for Audrina and friends.

The TV star bought the home back in 2008 for $1.15 million.

The house also looks very similar to the Spanish-style home once owned by Lauren Conrad, where The Hills was filmed. Conrad sold that home in 2012 for $2 million.
