Britney Spears Buys Thousand Oaks Mansion for $7.4M

Britney Spears’ Las Vegas gig must be a win for the performer; she just splashed out $7.4 million for an Italian villa in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The enormous home spans more than 13,200 square feet and sits on nearly 21 acres of property, boasting beautiful mountain and valley views. The five-bedroom home has a number of impressive features, including a two-story grand entry, oak library, chef’s kitchen, game room, a wine room large enough for 3,500 bottles, golf course and of course, an outdoor pool.

Spears, who just resigned a two-year residency contract for her Las Vegas show “Britney: Piece of Me,” got a pretty good deal on her new home. The property was listed back in January 2014 for $10.5 million, which is $3.1 million less than what Spears paid for it.
