Goldie Hawn/Kurt Russell Sell Malibu Home for $9.5M

It took a few years, but Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell finally sold their Malibu beach home for $9.5 million. The couple first listed it in July 2011 for $14,749,000, and made many price cuts over the past few years, dropping it down to $9,950,000 on Sept 20, 2012. It looks like the final buyer was able to negotiate down, to $9,500,000.

The beachside home was extensively redesigned by Gus Duffy AIA to offer tranquil light-filled living spaces, a designer kitchen, an integrated entertainment system that includes a Creston media room, and a bedroom that opens to balconies and courtyards. The master suite has ocean views and a spa-inspired bath area with onyx surfaces. The grounds feature tranquil fountains, lush mature landscaping for added privacy, an expansive oceanfront patio with covered outdoor living room and fireplace, a fenced yard, and path across the sandy dunes. The home also comes with a detached two-room guest house!
