Jason Biggs Sold His Hollywood Hills Home for $2.565 Million

Jason Biggs, who is best known for his role in “American Pie,” sold his midcentury modern estate in Hollywood Hills for $2.565 million this past week.

The three-bedroom All-American home has large windows in each room, offering gorgeous views of the surrounding area. The main level has an open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen and dining area. Biggs had plenty of privacy at this gated estate, which is situated at the end of a semi-private driveway, perched just above Sunset Strip.

The home décor is chic, simple and a bit funky. The living room is full of light, neutral tones with pops of bright accent colors. The dining area has that classic midcentury modern vibe, with a white modern light fixture, funky wooden chairs with lime green cushions and a simple white carpet.

The proud new owners of the estate will also get to enjoy the spacious terrace, outdoor pool, outdoor gym and media screening room, which is appropriately decorated with old movie posters along the wall.

Biggs tried selling the home last August, but didn’t have much luck. The home reappeared on the market this May for the asking price of $2.595 million, $30,000 less than the final sale price.
