The professional basketball player just slashed the price of his Miami home by $2 million, but don’t cry for James. The luxe Miami mansion is currently on the market for a whopping $15 million!
The price cut makes it seem like a discount, but there is nothing cheap about this home! The opulent six-bedroom mansion has beautiful views overlooking the water. It spans an enormous 12,178-square-feet, and every inch is steeped in luxury. The home has a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, home office, custom home theater and a private master rooftop sundeck! Talk about ballin’.
The outdoor living situation scores lot of points with us. The backyard has an outdoor kitchen, 4,500-sqaure-feet of entertainment space, an infinity pool AND a concrete dock big enough for two yachts. This gated estate does NOT play around.
The 30-year-old athlete was definitely in it to win it when he scooped up the fabulous place back in 2010 for $9 million; he is certainly looking to make a return on his investment.
