The home features a giant gym, a Moroccan-style tea room, a putting green, movie theater and basketball court. The Hamptons-style estate sits on three acres, with views of the Stone Canyon Reservoir, downtown Los Angeles, and beyond. It was designed for entertaining, with a den that can accommodate parties of several hundred, and parking for 20 cars. The backyard has a pool with tons of outdoor seating and a large grassy lawn.
The couple purchased the home back in 2009 for $6.975 million, so it looks like they’ll make a pretty penny if they get their asking price. Fun fact: it was once owned by Farrah Fawcett, who lived there from 1976 to 1999. Fawcett sold it to Allen Sides, one of the most respected engineer/producers in the music industry, who then sold it to Carey and Cannon.
