“Dexter” actor Michael C. Hall was recently in the news for having a Leap Day wedding ceremony; the 45-year-old actor tied the knot with longtime girlfriend and actress Morgan Macgregor on February 29. “Dexter” fans will recognize Hall’s now-wife from the TV series because she played his sister on the show. Not weird at all.

Michael C. Hall’s home officially sold for $4.85 million this week. The actor first listed the gorgeous Spanish Colonial estate back in June of 2014. The six-bedroom home was built in 1923 and spans 5,618-square-feet. It has a fabulous open floor plan with large windows in every room so each living space is flooded with natural light. The Los Angeles home also comes with a professional kitchen with cutting edge appliances and a beautiful marble kitchen island. Hall purchased it back in May of 2013 for $3.825 million.

While the interior décor is quite chic, there is still a lot of romance in this Spanish Colonial home. There’s a great balance between traditional and modern; we love the arched windows and wood-beamed ceilings paired with the midcentury modern furniture style.
