Pistons owner and famed billionaire Tom Gores purchased a $100 million house over the weekend! This over-the-top Holmby Hills Mansion originally hit the market in April for $150 million, but Gores was able to score the lavish pad for $50 million less.
The estate has a rich history; it was originally owned by Barbara Streisand in the early 90s. The A-lister sold the house back in 1994.
The 30,000-square-foot abode features 10 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms. The estate boasts a 10-car garage, elevator, spa, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court and a salon. The craziest feature has to be the private theatre complex with its own valet entrance. There is even a private hiking trail complete with trees that light up the trail. Gores will never have to leave the house again, except for attending Pistons games!
This dream-worthy home is situated in the glamorous Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. The average listing price is around $4.5 million.Though this luxe home is way above the average listing price, but with so many insane amenities, we can see why Tom Gores jumped at the chance to buy this dazzling property!
