The 90’s are back… in real estate that is. Earlier this year the “Full House” home hit the market and now another nineties classic home is up for sale: The “Mrs. Doubtfire” house was just listed for $4.45 million. This is the first time in nineteen years the house has been on the market. The last time it sold was in 1997 for $1.395 million, which means the owners stand to make a staggering $3.055 million from the sale.
The 3,300 square foot home sadly doesn’t come with a petting zoo or a British nanny, but it does come with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The three-story house also includes hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen and a charming patio.
The “Mrs. Doubtfire” estate is located in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco. The average price for a four bedroom home there starts at $4.12 million, which puts this home at slightly above average. But for $4.45 million you can recreate all of your favorite scenes from “Mrs. Doubtfire” and brag to everyone you know that you live on “2640 Steiner St.”
