People in these parts of Texas also now have access to Redfin’s online and mobile tools, which they can use to search for every home for sale in these cities.

Redfin hired Maggie Garcia in El Paso, Shawna Besancon in Corpus Christi and Jerry Mancha in the Rio Grande Valley to launch and grow the brokerage in their home towns.
Maggie has been a real estate agent in El Paso for over 10 years. She previously worked in retail and sales, and with Diocesan Migrant and Refugee Services, a local nonprofit. Maggie’s favorite part of being a real estate agent has always been the opportunity to help people find the right home for them and navigate the biggest purchase of their life.
Shawna is a South Texas native who has been a real estate agent for 14 years. Shawna’s passion for real estate and local architecture in Corpus Christi is eclipsed only by her desire to provide excellent customer service to everyone she works with.
Jerry was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and has been a local agent in the RGV for the past eight years. Jerry started his career in customer service, for which he developed an unbridled passion. He later put his customer service skills to work as an agent, most recently at Carrington Real Estate before joining Redfin.
