1. Scream Queens

This new horror comedy from Ryan Murphy (The creator of Glee and American Horror Story) centers around a killer stalking the fictional Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority.

The show not only features snappy dialogue and impeccable costume design, but a captivating set that mirrors any woman’s dream home. In this show, pastels reign supreme. Everything from wall color to furniture is coated in soft pinks and baby blue hues. If the house itself doesn’t grab your attention, the two-story closet will! Scream Queens will have you planning your own closet remodel.

2. Jane the Virgin

After winning a Golden Globe Award, actress Gina Rodriguez returns to the hit show Jane the Virgin for a second season. That means another season of character development and fawning over the luxurious Hotel Marbella.

The hotel is a reflection of its tropical Miami setting with a vibrant mix of blues and yellows. This lush hotel is a scene stealer in itself.

3. Empire

Empire, or the new Dynasty, is now on its second season. Being guilty of watching the entire first season in just a few days, it’s apparent that the addicting characteristics of the fictional Empire Entertainment extend into the follow-up season. A good example of this is with the immaculate set design that we’re constantly presented with. From Jamal’s trendy loft to Lucious Lyon’s lavish mansion, the show continues to portray a stunning environment no matter the scene. The mansion resembles something out of The Great Gatsby. It is the definition of glamour, filled with opulent works of art and an array of dramatic gold furniture. The world of Empire will be sure to supply you with plenty of ideas to steal for your own home.

4. Gotham

Gotham provides a dark dramatic contrast to the first three shows mentioned. This moody prequel to the story of Batman will not only give you a glimpse into the dark minds of Batman’s most infamous foes, but spark a plethora of creative ideas for your own home. Both Barbara Kean’s sleek modern loft and Fish Mooney’s deep red-and-oak nightclub are a sight to behold.

5. American Horror Story

American Horror Story is the second Ryan Murphy show to be honored on this list. If you haven’t indulged in the current season yet,you better get to it. The Hotel Cortez itself is mesmerizing.  Despite its eerie nuances, the hotel looks like it would be right at home during the 1940s. Art Deco hallways and grandiose staircases scream classic architecture. The rich red interior coupled with the gold furniture would be a welcome addition to any vintage lover’s home.

6. How to Get Away With Murder

How to Get Away With Murder is the final TV show on our list, and arguably the most impressive. The carefully designed law office of Annaliese Keating is filled with an array of modern and antique furniture. The classic Victorian is updated with white leather couches, gold bookshelves and a calming green wall color. The juxtaposition of light and dark colors will be sure to inspire bold new design choices.
