The iconic Playboy Mansion is officially on sale for a record-setting price of $200 million, which is one of the highest asking prices for a private residence in the United States.
So, what do you get for such a price tag? Well, aside from the infamous Playboy grotto that has been graced by the likes of both bunnies and celebrities over the years, you get a tennis court, game house, home theater and a wine cellar. Oh, and did we mention the mansion ALSO comes with the founder of the Playboy Empire, Hugh Hefner? As a condition of the sale, the Playboy founder would get to continue living there as he has since the company bought the mansion 45 years ago for just over $1 million, according to AP.
The Holmby Hills estate has 29 rooms and sits on five acres of land, so the new owners of this home might never even bump into the original king of the castle.
The home was built in 1927 and was plucked up by the Playboy Enterprise in 1971. The property also comes with a rare zoo license, according to a statement announcing the sale.
