The “Fifty Shades of Grey” Penthouse has sold for $8 million. The penthouse was listed for $8.8 million on August 13 and was pending just three days later. The last time the extravagant property hit the market was back in 2010, when it sold for $5.95 million.
The “Fifty Shades of Grey” penthouse unfortunately doesn’t include the real Christian Grey, but it does include three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows with drop-dead gorgeous views of Seattle. The 5,170-square-foot penthouse resides in the Escala building, made famous by the salacious book series. The building features a 24-hour concierge service, a private spa, lap pool and a full catering kitchen and dining room (perfect to host all your friends for a “Fifty Shades” themed dinner party).

The Escala is located in the heart of Belltown in downtown Seattle. The average listing price in Belltown is around $600,000. The penthouse may have an $8 million price tag, but if you want to live like Christian Grey, it’s worth every penny. And with the newest trailer out for “Fifty Shades Darker,” the owner of this penthouse may be privy to some filming.
