… both stars are currently selling some serious real estate!

But Tom and Carmen aren’t the only ones getting in on the action. Here is a list of five celebrities who have been wheelin’ and dealin’ in real estate this past month.

Carmen Electra

Carmen Electra

Carmen Electra is looking to sell her Los Angeles property for $2.699 million, which is not much more than the $2.685 million she paid for the home last July. The home is a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa with plenty of curb appeal to boot! Fun fact: Carmen’s real name is Tara Leigh Patrick.

Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise made waves this month with reports that he is selling a European-style estate in the Hollywood Hills for $12.995 million. The gated property offers plenty of privacy, with the home situated down a long private driveway. Listing photos reveal a charming interior, with light and neutral tones throughout the home.

Lena Dunham

Lena Dunham

“Girls” screenwriter and producer Lena Dunham is into bi-coastal living. Just a few months after she splashed out $4.8 million for a pad in Brooklyn, the actress picked up a quaint 1920s West Hollywood home for $2.7 million. Keep in mind that she recently came into some money for her literary efforts: Dunham received $3.7 million for her book, “Not That Kind of Girl.”

Mariah Carey

Mariah

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon also had some time in the real estate limelight this past month. The couple, now in the midst of a divorce,  have been trying to sell off their marital mansion for quite some time. The Los Angeles home finally sold this month for $9 million, but that’s nearly $4 million less than what they were originally asking. Soon after the sale, reports came out that Cannon is planning to file a lawsuit because Carey sold the home without his consent.

Jason Segel

Jason Segel

Funny man Jason Segel scooped up something of his own this month. The actor threw down $1.4 million for an ubercute rustic hideaway in Hollywood Hills. The four-bedroom home is bursting with character, with antique accents in each area of the home. It looks like this abode is also fully equipped for live performances; listing photo 29 shows a complete theater, with theater chairs that will remind you of your high school days. We love the bohemian feel of this place, Segel!
